Concierge in-home therapy is designed to bring the therapeutic process directly into your home, creating a familiar and comfortable setting where meaningful, lasting change can take root. This approach is ideal for families whose lives don’t fit the mold of traditional therapy, whether you're managing demanding schedules, living with a high level of public visibility, or facing emotional and behavioral challenges that require a more responsive and personalized model of care.
I combine my expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with a deep understanding of family systems to support clients in navigating conflict, emotional dysregulation, parenting stress, and communication breakdowns. Sessions are highly individualized and may involve extended time, more frequent meetings, or collaboration with other professionals involved in your family’s care. I also offer parent coaching to help caregivers implement strategies between sessions and feel more confident in their role.
In-home therapy provides a unique opportunity to observe and shift family dynamics in real time. Each session is tailored to your family’s needs and can involve individuals, couples, or the entire family. Sessions may be longer than the standard hour and can occur more frequently depending on your goals. This service also includes between-session support and scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

Concierge in-home sessions are billed at my standard hourly rate of $200 per session hour, plus travel time, which is calculated in 15-minute increments based on your location.

This service is private pay only. I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
